Lambert Investments, Inc. was established in 1979 and specializes in the sale of multifamily apartment buildings in Los Angeles’ Westside,as well as in Downtown Los Angeles and the San Fernando Valley.

Our dedication, professionalism, and unblemished record of success have helped us create a loyal client base. Most of our clients have invested with us in multiple projects, and we have resold the same properties several times.

Our property management portfolio includes commercial, retail, and industrial space of up to 1,000 units and 100,000 square feet. We currently manage five hotels, numerous apartment buildings, and retail and restaurant spaces.

We use our skills and knowledge in rent control issues, property investments, real estate brokerage, and property re-positioning and remodeling to provide top-quality property management services.
