She has a proven track record of transaction management and establishing relationships with all decision makers throughout the transaction to complete on schedule and meet or exceed client’s goals. Cathy brings over 30 years’ experience in all facets of Management including budget, analysis, forecasting, hiring, training and day-to-day operations for sales teams. She has used her strong organizational and analytical skills to analyze industry and market trends to plan strategies, define effective cross-sell opportunities and implement strategic approaches to improve performance and drive sales growth. Her skillset includes marketing and media consulting for both print and online campaigns dealing with the MLS, Loopnet/CoStar, Zillow, Redfin, Google, Yahoo, Facebook, Instagram, Yelp and other digital online advertising programs. As Executive Assistant for Lambert Investments, Cathy is responsible for assisting with all company operations including financial reports, accounts receivable/payables, project administrative duties, real estate support and property management.
