Lambert Investments has overseen the development and rehabilitation of more than one thousand multi-family units, several commercial and industrial parks, and numerous acclaimed hospitality projects in Southern California’s beach cities. Our approach to complicated development projects won the company a Gold Nugget Award for the first live/work artists’ lofts in Santa Monica, the appreciation of community resident, and the trust of local governments.
